Description

  • Own the technical architecture for Oracle Projects and Oracle G-Invoicing across design, configuration, integration, security, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
  • Translate requirements into technical designs, configuration approaches, interface specifications, and design documentation.
  • Configure Oracle Projects for project costing, labor and non-labor costs, reimbursable agreements, project structures, task hierarchies, billing, and revenue recognition.
  • Design and build integrations with General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, and other FMSS components.
  • Implement Oracle G-Invoicing for Treasury servicing, including interagency agreements, order and performance transactions, IPAC settlement, Treasury interfaces, and Interface Control Documents.
  • Configure solution security and support unit, system integration, UAT, and Treasury-interface testing.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical defects.
  • Migrate configurations, integrations, data, open GT&Cs, and Orders to production.
  • Maintain audit evidence and coordinate changes, releases, decisions, and escalations through approved processes and tools.
  • Provide hypercare support and coordinate with the program office and other contractors.

Requirements

  • U.S. citizenship is required for all personnel assigned to the contract.
  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, business, accounting, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience with Oracle E-Business Suite Federal Financials.
  • At least 2 years of experience implementing Oracle Projects.
  • Experience with system configuration, integration, architecture, and technical design.
  • Oracle certification preferred.
  • Experience supporting federal financial management programs preferred.
  • Familiarity with Treasury G-Invoicing and intragovernmental buy/sell transactions preferred.
