Description

  • Own the full sales cycle from first discovery call through close.
  • Run discovery calls to understand prospects’ workflow pain points.
  • Present and demo Process Street to prospective clients.
  • Sell Process Street’s AI solutions, including Cora, and explain how AI-powered workflows improve operations.
  • Use AI tools to optimize personal sales workflows and improve productivity.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and strong pipeline hygiene.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success on handoffs and early expansion opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed monthly activity metrics and quarterly pipeline targets.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience selling AI tools, SaaS, or professional services.
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience using a Challenger or Gap selling approach.
  • Strong interest in startups and technology.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and learn fast.
  • Coachable, curious, and eager to learn sales craft.
  • Clear and confident communication skills.
  • Enthusiasm for improving processes and systems.
  • Based in Eastern, Central, or Pacific time.
  • Preferred candidates are early-career professionals with strong potential for growth.
