Description

  • Support system launch, adoption, and procedural success across assigned accounts.
  • Partner with Clinical Specialists during case coverage and ensure smooth handoffs from Capital and Launch teams.
  • Train and support surgeons, OR staff, and office staff on system setup, workflow, and procedural scheduling.
  • Track and document surgeon progression through the surgeon pathway and onboarding milestones.
  • Build early relationships with surgeons and office staff to support scheduling and practice integration.
  • Assist Territory Managers with sales planning, account development, and goal achievement.
  • Support field demos, workshops, and marketing events to drive awareness and engagement.
  • Gather customer and stakeholder feedback to inform Marketing and R&D product and program improvements.
  • Manage CRM documentation, expense reports, case logs, and other administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a medical device sales environment or B2B background.
  • Demonstrated success in customer engagement and technical aptitude.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% primarily within the U.S.
  • Must achieve clinical proficiency to cover a case independently within 60 days after graduation from the Aqua Academy internal sales training program.
  • May require up to 30 days of supplemental coaching to achieve case coverage sign-off.
  • Strong clinical communication and OR familiarity is preferred.
  • Proficiency in OR training and procedural support is preferred.
  • Collaborative, organized, and detail-oriented with strong administrative discipline is preferred.
  • Effective teamwork, high adaptability, and learning agility are preferred.
