Description

  • Own outbound prospecting to create new opportunities and build pipeline across marketing teams in Europe.
  • Book high-quality discovery calls and support a clean handoff to account executives.
  • Represent Prismic across social channels with clear, credible, and high-quality outreach.
  • Develop tailored, insight-led messaging that resonates with target marketing personas.
  • Manage pipeline with rigor, precision, and a clear understanding of target math and funnel inputs.
  • Leverage AI tools to improve effectiveness at each stage of the outbound process.
  • Lead cold calls that uncover customer needs, challenges, and qualification signals.
  • Collaborate closely with RevOps, Enablement, Marketing, Sales, and the wider GTM team.
  • Use CRM and sales tools to track activity, surface insights, and support smarter decision-making.
  • Share frontline insights to help shape go-to-market strategy and product-market fit.

Requirements

  • Experience in outbound sales development, cold calling, research, and copywriting.
  • Strong CRM mastery, especially with HubSpot.
  • Ability to use AI tools effectively in outbound workflows.
  • Familiarity with the web development, AI, and MarTech landscape.
  • Comfort working with tools such as Amplemarket, Jiminny, LightDash, Wappalyzer, ChatGPT, and Notion.
  • Ability to think critically, experiment, and work beyond templates.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships and create value.
  • Self-driven learning mindset with commitment to methodology and continuous improvement.
  • Experience working across multiple tools and channels to support prospecting and qualification.
  • Preferred: familiarity with ideal customer profiling and insight-led outbound motion.
