Description

  • Generate new discovery calls and qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting, account planning, research, messaging, list building, and cadence execution across email, phone, and social channels.
  • Use tools such as LinkedIn to network with prospects and educate the market on Azul.
  • Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly metrics for opportunity creation and progression.
  • Research target businesses to understand operations, leadership structures, pain points, and day-to-day challenges.
  • Identify prospect pain points, gather technical requirements, and connect customer needs to business value.
  • Organize pipeline activity and collaborate with Account Executives and Sales Directors on qualified meetings.
  • Execute sales campaigns at named accounts for the North America region.
  • Work autonomously as an individual contributor while incorporating coaching and feedback from the BDR Director.
  • Travel occasionally within the region as needed.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of B2B telephone lead generation experience.
  • Experience in IT or software solutions sales is highly desired.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, Salesforce.com, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, 6Sense, and Drift is preferred.
  • Strong passion for outbound sales, cold calling, and prospecting.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at enterprise and mid-market levels across industries.
  • Excellent communication, listening, presentation, and writing skills.
  • Strong organization and multitasking skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and maintain accurate call records.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and maintain a very stable work history.
  • Ability to think quickly in conversations and answer unexpected questions with ease.
  • Resilience in the face of objections and rejection, with the ability to stay motivated in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
