Description

  • Act as the first point of contact for potential claimants via phone, text, and other outreach channels.
  • Conduct prompt outreach to new leads within 5 minutes using calls, texts, voicemails, and related contact sequences.
  • Explain Advocate’s value proposition and answer common questions to build trust and engagement.
  • Guide potential claimants through the online onboarding flow and support completion of initial information and representation contracts.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activity, claimant interactions, and lead status in Salesforce.
  • Identify leads that may not be eligible based on initial screening criteria and route them appropriately.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed lead conversion goals.
  • Monitor intake communication lines for new client calls and texts and respond promptly.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a high-volume outreach, sales, intake, or customer engagement role such as call center, intake specialist, or sales development.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain processes clearly and empathetically.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, persuasion ability, and a persistent approach to achieving goals.
  • Experience using CRM software, with Salesforce preferred.
  • Experience with communication tools and dialers, with Aircall preferred.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail for tracking lead progress and documenting interactions.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • Passion for helping others and contributing to a mission-driven company.
  • Familiarity with the Social Security disability process is a plus, but not required.
