Description

  • Develop and support new content and campaign initiatives to generate qualified leads.
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales to reach account targets and deliver integrated programs that produce MQLs and SQLs.
  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across paid search, social media, content marketing, and email.
  • Build and optimize landing pages, ads, emails, and other digital assets to improve engagement.
  • Support content atomization efforts by adapting content into smaller formats for social, paid media, and the company website.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to produce campaign imagery and creative materials.
  • Oversee email, landing page, and form template libraries to ensure best practices and cross-device performance.
  • Deliver marketing analytics and reporting to optimize campaign performance, demonstrate ROI, and forecast improvements.
  • Support the implementation of account-based marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain CRM and marketing technology health, resolving issues and coordinating upgrades with IT.
  • Implement reporting frameworks that surface actionable leads for inside sales and sales teams.

Requirements

  • 5 to 7 years of digital marketing experience, including at least 2 years in biotech or life sciences, preferably in lead generation and account-based marketing.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience working in a matrix environment and leading marketing projects.
  • Experience in lead nurturing, marketing automation, and web analytics.
  • Strong knowledge of advertising platforms such as LinkedIn, Google Ads, or AdRoll.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEMrush, AdRoll, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Salesforce.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency using marketing tools in execution work.
  • Experience working with CRM and ABM tools, including Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Ability to work remotely from Hungary, Romania, Serbia, or Slovakia.
