Description

  • Execute and administer global job and compensation frameworks within the enterprise compensation strategy.
  • Assist with the design, administration, and optimization of compensation programs across PMG.
  • Own annual compensation cycle management, including calendar planning, guidelines, ranges, and calibration.
  • Conduct market benchmarking and survey participation to assess competitive pay positioning.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Legal, and business leaders on compensation decisions.
  • Advise senior leadership using data analytics and insights on pay positioning, compliance, and talent strategy.
  • Conduct analysis and interpretation of global compensation program data and metrics.
  • Maintain salary grades, salary structures, incentive programs, and salary increase programs.
  • Ensure HR systems and HRIS data are configured and maintained to support compensation priorities and data integrity.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, mentoring, and training to HR Business Partners on compensation-related issues.
  • Support compensation policy and procedure development and participate in HR and Total Rewards projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related major.
  • 12 or more years of global compensation experience within mature international organizations.
  • Experience in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, or a directly related industry is preferred.
  • Experience with PayFactors and SAP/SuccessFactors or Workday is a plus.
  • Experience with short-term incentive plans and/or sales plans is preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency with market pricing, survey methodology, salary structures, regression analysis, and data modeling.
  • Solid understanding of global regulatory environments and pay transparency legislation.
  • Strong data analytics and executive storytelling skills.
  • Ability to influence without authority and manage stakeholders across HR, Finance, Legal, and business teams.
  • Demonstrated project management skills for complex global compensation initiatives.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multi-tasking and prioritization demands.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting or standing, frequent typing or document handling, and occasional lifting up to 20 pounds may be required.
