Description

  • Lead strategic marketing planning for the Autoimmune therapeutic area, clinical FSP, and related CRO services.
  • Create Feature/Advantage/Benefit messaging frameworks with supporting proof points to strengthen market positioning.
  • Develop differentiated content strategies and omnichannel campaigns to drive client awareness and engagement.
  • Build and optimize sales enablement tools that support the sales team in meeting financial targets.
  • Identify Autoimmune and FSP client profiles in collaboration with lead generation and inside sales teams.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across blogs, website, SEM, SEO, AI search, social media, and other channels.
  • Monitor digital performance and prioritize high-ROI activities based on results.
  • Collaborate with operational, medical/scientific, and commercial teams to develop high-quality thought leadership content.
  • Lead annual conference planning and execution, including budgeting, messaging, and coordination with the event team.
  • Provide strategic guidance, manage complex projects, deliver reporting, and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 12+ years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, life sciences, biotech, or healthcare.
  • Advanced degree plus 4+ years of relevant work experience is a plus.
  • 6–8 years of experience in a marketing role with a proven track record of independently leading projects.
  • Experience in therapeutic area marketing and FSP services is required; Autoimmune experience and familiarity with broader clinical CRO services are a strong plus.
  • Proven success developing webinars and live events, including speaker coordination and promotional strategy.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, including scheduling, budgeting, and status reporting.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Ability to identify and present data-driven insights that influence strategic decision-making.
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end work processes and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Ability to lead change initiatives and maintain alignment with company principles and code of ethics.
