Description

  • Audit commercial priorities, the competitive landscape, and content gaps to identify campaigns that need to be built.
  • Write comprehensive creative briefs defining audience, insight, messaging, tone, channel mix, success metrics, timeline, and budget guidelines.
  • Lead agency kickoff sessions and serve as the primary strategic contact for campaign execution.
  • Guide internal and external creative partners through concept development, review rounds, and final production while maintaining brand voice and regulatory compliance.
  • Translate complex clinical data and product science into compelling campaign messaging and audience-appropriate concepts.
  • Develop full-funnel campaign architecture from awareness and education through conversion and sales enablement.
  • Own post-launch performance reviews by consolidating metrics, documenting learnings, and applying insights to future briefs.
  • Oversee Global Veeva submissions and MLR review workflows with the Marketing Coordinator.
  • Manage HighSpot content development and optimization to keep sales and distributor resources current.
  • Support tradeshow, sales meeting, and flagship event marketing planning, execution, and follow-up.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in healthcare or medical device marketing with demonstrated progression in responsibilities.
  • Experience in the medical device field within spinal surgery or orthopedics is required.
  • Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative market research and applying insights to strategy.
  • Knowledge of quality systems such as Veeva and of medical compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience managing external web hosting or development vendors.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
  • Experience with sales enablement tools such as HighSpot is preferred.
  • Experience collaborating on website strategy, SEO priorities, and digital campaign analytics is preferred.

Benefits

  • Full-time role with the option to work from the Alpharetta office.
  • Pay range of $90,000 to $110,000 USD.
