Description

  • Lead strategic marketing planning for the Autoimmune therapeutic area, clinical FSP, and related CRO services.
  • Create feature/advantage/benefit messaging frameworks with supporting proof points to strengthen market positioning.
  • Develop differentiated content strategies and messaging in collaboration with internal stakeholders and agencies.
  • Design and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across blogs, website, SEM, SEO, AI search, social media, and other channels.
  • Monitor digital marketing performance and prioritize high-ROI activities based on results.
  • Develop and optimize sales enablement tools that support the sales team in reaching financial targets.
  • Identify Autoimmune and FSP client profiles in partnership with lead generation and inside sales teams.
  • Collaborate with operational, medical/scientific, and commercial teams to create high-quality thought leadership content.
  • Lead annual conference planning and execution, including budgeting, messaging, and coordination with the event team.
  • Provide reporting, performance insights, and strategic recommendations to leadership and cross-functional partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 12+ years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, life sciences, biotech, or healthcare.
  • Advanced degree plus 4+ years of relevant work experience is preferred.
  • 6–8 years of marketing experience with a proven track record of independently leading projects, including customer-facing initiatives.
  • Experience in therapeutic area marketing and FSP services; autoimmune experience and familiarity with broader clinical CRO services are a strong plus.
  • Proven success developing webinars and live events, including speaker coordination and promotional strategy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, including scheduling, budgeting, and status reporting.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to identify and present data-driven insights that influence strategic decision-making.
  • Experience building and maintaining strong customer relationships through active listening and thoughtful inquiry.
