Description

  • Lead the development, execution, and optimization of ABM programs for enterprise and strategic accounts across 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many motions.
  • Partner with Sales and Sales Operations to define account tiering, prioritization, buying group mapping, and engagement frameworks.
  • Build multi-touch, multi-channel ABM programs aligned to buyer journeys using personalized content, digital ads, outreach plays, and event strategies.
  • Develop account intelligence to inform personalization, messaging, and sales motions.
  • Create ABM playbooks, campaign blueprints, and toolkits to support consistency across Marketing, SDR, and Sales teams.
  • Build and manage integrated campaign strategies aligned to priority segments, verticals, and customer needs.
  • Own campaign planning infrastructure, including the marketing calendar, briefs, timelines, cross-functional planning processes, and delivery standards.
  • Own full-funnel campaign execution across email, paid media, retargeting, social, webinars, events, third-party programs, and landing pages.
  • Personally build and launch campaigns in HubSpot and related tools, including assets, workflows, and engagement journeys.
  • Track performance, run A/B tests, optimize campaigns, and provide executive-ready insights and recommendations based on data and dashboards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 6–8 years of progressive B2B digital marketing experience with strong emphasis on ABM and integrated campaign leadership.
  • Proven ability to build and scale ABM programs that drive pipeline impact, deal acceleration, and account expansion.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise buying groups, complex sales cycles, and multi-stakeholder decision processes.
  • Advanced proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, and related CRM/MAP platforms.
  • Expertise across digital channels including email, paid media, retargeting, content syndication, and landing page optimization.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with executive-ready presentation capabilities.
  • Working knowledge of CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA, and related compliance standards.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% as business needs require.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship is not provided.
  • Role requires sedentary work primarily at a desk/computer.
