Description

  • Lead the development and management of field force KPIs, dashboards, and performance tracking systems.
  • Design, implement, and administer incentive compensation plans, including goal setting, payout calculations, and governance.
  • Own quarterly targeting and segmentation processes to optimize field resource deployment.
  • Partner with Commercial Leadership to translate strategy into measurable field execution frameworks.
  • Manage relationships with external data vendors and ensure data quality, integrity, and value.
  • Deliver actionable insights and analytics to inform decision-making and improve field effectiveness.
  • Support field readiness across pre-launch, launch, and post-launch phases through data, tools, and performance frameworks.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, IT, Compliance, and Commercial Operations to ensure aligned and compliant execution.
  • Continuously evaluate and implement best practices, tools, and processes to improve scalability and effectiveness of the field force.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech commercial operations, sales operations, or field force effectiveness.
  • Deep expertise in incentive compensation design and administration.
  • Strong experience with targeting, segmentation, and field analytics.
  • Experience managing pharmaceutical data vendors and syndicated data sources.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
  • Experience supporting product launches, ideally within CNS, rare disease, or specialty markets.
  • Ability to operate effectively in agile, fast-moving biotech environments.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel within a specified region and for company-related purposes as needed.
