Description

  • Onboard new customers in a timely manner while delivering a strong customer experience.
  • Conduct customer support and project onboarding activities for post-sale implementations.
  • Manage a portfolio of onboarding projects and work toward applicable onboarding targets.
  • Ensure software and services are implemented successfully within customer practices.
  • Provide timely, urgent, and effective communication with customers throughout the onboarding process.
  • Use problem-solving skills to address onboarding issues and help customers achieve successful outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate data and manage onboarding tasks using CRM and office tools.

Requirements

  • Chiropractic and/or ChiroTouch software experience is highly desired.
  • Software onboarding or customer project management experience is highly desired, preferably in a SaaS organization.
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a software training, support, or implementation role.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or a similar CRM and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Working knowledge of application sharing tools and environments.
  • Ability to maintain clean and accurate data.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High standards of integrity and accountability.
  • Passion for customer support and a proven ability to provide exceptional service.
