Description

  • Serve as the first point of contact for client requests that need navigation or do not have a clear path.
  • Direct client requests to the appropriate person or team and provide clear handoff communication.
  • Manage the Account Management board and keep all item statuses accurate and up to date.
  • Follow up with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure requests are resolved within SLA.
  • Capture, organize, and prioritize client requests requiring advisor or Principal Consultant involvement.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings for Principal Consultants and prepare daily request summaries for review.
  • Assist advisors with meeting preparation and client communications.
  • Create, send, and follow up on quotes and sales orders to ensure timely responses and approvals.
  • Monitor open sales opportunities, escalate stalled items, and coordinate follow-ups on active projects.
  • Manage procurement coordination for agreed hardware and software replacement schedules and liaise with Purchasing for timely ordering and delivery.

Requirements
