Description

  • Handle customer inquiries by phone, email, and chat following standard operating procedures.
  • Use Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, ZOHO, and Hodu to complete daily operations.
  • Investigate customer issues, research solutions, and provide accurate responses.
  • Escalate and assign unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.
  • Log, review, and follow up on customer requests and resolutions.
  • Maintain and update customer records during client interactions.
  • Answer account, collections, and billing questions, including payment plans, balances, overdue payments, statements, and billing adjustments.
  • Handle service cancellations and apply retention strategies to support customer retention.
  • Work toward performance goals for client-facing time, call quality, and occupancy.

Requirements

  • Fully bilingual and native-level Spanish and English communication skills.
  • Availability to start on July 27, 2026.
  • Ability to work a 40-hour schedule, five days per week, with a 9-hour shift and 1 unpaid hour break.
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday and Saturdays after training, from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM Eastern Time.
  • Dedicated home workspace required for a remote role.
  • Knowledge of the United States credit industry, including credit cards, lines of credit, and personal loans.
  • Customer-first orientation with an empathetic approach to client needs.
  • Excellent communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to learn and use TCP’s technology suite.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $5.50/hour or a minimum of $953/month.
  • Paid 1-month training scheduled Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time.
