Description

  • Manage day-to-day client communication, including strategic updates, workflow updates, and approval coordination.
  • Own project management across assigned accounts by tracking action items, meeting scope, and removing roadblocks.
  • Develop integrated marketing strategies and cross-channel performance plans aligned to client objectives.
  • Support forecasting, media planning, testing roadmaps, and tactical pivots across paid, owned, and earned channels.
  • Use data and analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Shopify to identify opportunities and inform reporting.
  • Build strong client relationships and maintain collaborative partnerships with internal account teams.
  • Manage a client portfolio totaling up to $200K in monthly recurring revenue.
  • Support renewal strategy, proposal development, and service expansion opportunities with the Account Director.
  • Help improve account management processes across communication, strategy, reporting, retention, and expansion.
  • Contribute to account manager training and development through content creation, training sessions, or coaching.
  • Identify and develop a specialty focus area within the department.
  • Use AI technologies and Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem to improve business processes and department performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related discipline.
  • 5-8 years of digital marketing experience, with preferred experience executing cross-channel plans.
  • 2-3 years spearheading cross-channel marketing plans at scale and using data in execution.
  • At least 2 years of cross-channel account management experience.
  • Advanced understanding of digital marketing, including earned, paid, and owned media, attribution, reporting, and optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics and/or first-party reporting platforms such as Shopify, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Adobe.
  • Experience leading end-to-end campaign development in a multi-channel environment.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with strategic consulting ability and technical curiosity.
  • Excellent written and verbal executive communication skills.
  • Highly dependable, organized, self-starting, and able to manage time well.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, collaborate across teams, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for problem-solving, continued learning, and personal growth.
  • Advanced spoken and written English proficiency is required.
