Description

  • Lead day-to-day client relationships for e-commerce accounts and serve as the senior point of contact.
  • Guide clients on how integrated marketing tactics across paid, owned, and earned channels drive business outcomes.
  • Lead cross-functional account teams and coordinate paid, SEO, content, email, and creative efforts around a unified strategy.
  • Run quarterly Power Circuit reviews to diagnose growth constraints across business, audience, product, messaging, channels, and measurement.
  • Manage retention, lead renewals, and grow monthly recurring revenue across the account portfolio.
  • Build multi-threaded relationships across multiple client stakeholders to reduce account risk.
  • Manage media and lead tactical pivots when needed to improve performance.
  • Work in Iris and nova daily and flag issues before clients see them.
  • Manage and develop 1–2 direct reports, including regular 1:1s, development plans, and performance reviews.
  • Coach analysts and specialists and provide direct feedback to support team growth.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of marketing experience in high-AOV consumer goods, either agency-side or brand-side.
  • Strong understanding of considered-purchase economics, including longer CAC payback windows and higher LTV ceilings.
  • Experience with upper-funnel strategy across content, SEO, YouTube, and programmatic media.
  • Comfort with measurement complexity, including multi-touch attribution limitations, view-through attribution, and MMM.
  • Experience working with brands where creative quality and storytelling are a competitive differentiator.
  • Track record of retaining and growing client accounts.
  • Experience managing clients with long sales cycles and building reporting around leading indicators, not only last-touch conversions.
  • Ability to work 100% remote, in-office, or hybrid if legally eligible to work in the U.S.
