Description

  • Build and maintain multi-touch automation workflows across the full customer lifecycle, including nurtures, operational follow-up, re-engagement, and segmentation-based journeys.
  • Translate campaign briefs and go-to-market goals into executable programs in HubSpot and Salesforce, including list logic, routing rules, enrichment triggers, and QA.
  • Create and maintain documentation so stakeholders understand what is running, what has changed, and how to request updates.
  • Own the attribution model and operational implementation using Bizible or a similar tool, along with the supporting field architecture in Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Diagnose and resolve attribution gaps such as field mapping issues, sync mismatches, campaign member inconsistencies, and missing touchpoints.
  • Partner with RevOps and Marketing Ops to standardize campaign setup and lifecycle rules for accurate, scalable reporting.
  • Ensure leads and contacts flow cleanly from marketing into sales workflows with clear ownership, rigorous campaign member status management, and post-event follow-up processes.
  • Collaborate with demand generation, field/partner marketing, and sales teams on list uploads, campaign association, and contact/account matching.
  • Build QA standards and checklists for workflows, campaign architecture, and measurement, including naming conventions, required fields, lifecycle stages, and suppression logic.
  • Drive ongoing audits and testing of high-volume automations, documenting learnings and proposing improvements that reduce manual work and increase speed-to-lead.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing automation, marketing operations, revenue operations, or lifecycle marketing in a B2B environment.
  • Experience owning end-to-end automation programs and measurement.
  • Hands-on expertise in HubSpot and Salesforce, including campaign architecture, lifecycle stages, workflows, segmentation, reporting, and data hygiene.
  • Direct experience implementing and/or operating attribution tooling, with strong preference for Bizible.
  • Experience with multi-touch attribution concepts and operational requirements.
  • Comfort working in a modern GTM stack environment, including 6sense intent signals, integrated workflows, field governance, and sync troubleshooting.
  • Strong ability to reconcile reporting across platforms and explain discrepancies clearly.
  • Proven ability to establish scalable standards such as naming conventions, required fields, and governance rules, and drive stakeholder adoption.
  • High ownership mindset with the ability to drive clarity, propose a path, and execute without waiting for perfect inputs.
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills and the ability to translate stakeholder goals into technical builds and technical constraints into business tradeoffs.
