Description

  • Use AI technologies and Power Digital's Nova ecosystem to improve business processes and account performance.
  • Lead quarterly Power Circuit reviews to diagnose growth constraints across business, audience, product, messaging, channels, and measurement.
  • Own senior client relationships and use QBRs to drive decisions and strategic action.
  • Build multi-threaded client relationships to reduce account risk and strengthen retention.
  • Advise on channel mix across DTC, Amazon, and retail to determine how channels interact and impact growth.
  • Coordinate paid, SEO, content, influencer, and creative teams around a unified account strategy.
  • Manage retention, renewals, and portfolio expansion to grow MRR.
  • Work in Iris and Nova daily to identify and surface issues proactively.
  • Manage and develop 1–2 direct reports, including 1:1s, development plans, and performance reviews.
  • Coach analysts and specialists with timely, specific feedback and maintain Pulse cadence expectations.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in CPG marketing, ideally with both DTC and retail brand experience.
  • Understanding of how Amazon supports a CPG growth strategy, including share of search, ASIN architecture, buy box, and sponsored vs. organic balance.
  • Familiarity with retailer partnership dynamics involving Target, Ulta, Sephora, Whole Foods, or similar partners.
  • Point of view on CPG measurement, including MMM, incrementality testing, and in-store vs. digital attribution.
  • Fluency in upper-funnel channel strategy, including content, SEO, YouTube, and programmatic.
  • Comfort working on creative-heavy accounts where briefs, asset velocity, and influencer strategy matter alongside media optimization.
  • Track record of retaining and growing accounts.
  • Experience managing senior clients with strong brand opinions.
  • Legal eligibility to work in the U.S. for remote, in-office, or hybrid work styles.
