Description

  • Lead clients whose programs predominantly focus on Google and Meta ads.
  • Own day-to-day client communication, education, and relationship management.
  • Manage campaign execution and project deliverables from planning through completion.
  • Monitor and analyze account activity, including volumes, KPIs, incidents, and trends.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to build strategies that improve program performance.
  • Set and manage client and internal team expectations while removing roadblocks.
  • Lead client meetings to present optimization opportunities, execution updates, and marketing best practices.
  • Ensure project deliverables are client-ready and meet quality standards.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience at a marketing agency managing digital programs.
  • Experience working with SEO, PPC, Creative, and Analytics resources.
  • Thorough understanding of related deliverables across SEO, PPC, Creative, and Analytics.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven project management skills, including process management and quality assurance/control.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and adapt to changing schedules and priorities.
  • Proactive mindset and ability to create new opportunities in ambiguous environments.
  • Proven experience growing client accounts and agency business.
  • Ability to travel from time to time as required.
  • Advanced spoken and written English proficiency is required.
