Description

  • Lead day-to-day client activity to support growth, including communication, education, project management, and service strategy planning.
  • Manage client accounts focused primarily on Google and Meta ads.
  • Monitor and analyze account performance, including volumes, KPIs, incidents, and trends.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop strategies that improve program performance.
  • Manage client and internal team expectations while removing roadblocks to success.
  • Lead client meetings to review optimization, execution, and marketing best practices.
  • Oversee the day-to-day implementation of project deliverables and ensure work is client-ready.
  • Drive strategic account planning rooted in data and performance insights.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience at a marketing agency managing digital programs.
  • Experience working with SEO, PPC, Creative, and Analytics resources.
  • Strong understanding of related deliverables across SEO, PPC, Creative, and Analytics.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize under changing needs while managing multiple accounts and tight deadlines.
  • Proven project management skills with an understanding of process and quality assurance/control.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel from time to time as required.
  • Advanced spoken and written English proficiency is required.
  • Proven experience growing client accounts and agency business.
  • Ability to work proactively in fast-paced environments and create new opportunities where none currently exist.
