Description

  • Own a portfolio of business customers and build a clear understanding of their goals, product usage, risks, and growth potential.
  • Communicate regularly with customers to ensure they are getting value from the products and to address commercial or product-related questions.
  • Identify, qualify, and advance upsell and cross-sell opportunities through the opportunity pipeline.
  • Support customers during product adoption and deployment by coordinating internal resources and removing blockers.
  • Manage customer agreements and renewals by preparing commercial terms, aligning timelines, and addressing retention risks.
  • Lead strategic account management activities, including account planning and at-risk account management.
  • Conduct client visits or business trips when relevant to strengthen customer relationships.
  • Collaborate on projects that improve team processes and account management effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience managing customer relationships or customer engagements with a proven track record of positive outcomes.
  • Strong relationship management and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn customer needs into action.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Creative, out-of-the-box thinking when identifying opportunities, solving challenges, and growing accounts.
  • Data-driven approach to sales with knowledge of or experience using key sales and mailing tools.
  • Experience working with international B2B clients is a plus.
  • Prior experience in the technology sector is a plus.
  • Strategic Account Management experience is a plus.
