Description

  • Design and execute a structured 30/60/90-day onboarding program for GTM hires.
  • Build role-specific certification tracks that accelerate rep readiness and productivity.
  • Measure ramp velocity, time-to-productivity, and onboarding outcomes, then iterate based on results.
  • Develop and maintain the full sales playbook, including talk tracks, discovery frameworks, objection handling, competitive positioning, and demo guidance.
  • Partner with Marketing and Product to keep enablement content current as the product and market change.
  • Create a single source of truth for sales collateral in Salesforce and Salesloft.
  • Develop and deploy an AI-powered enablement motion across onboarding, coaching, and rep performance.
  • Train the GTM team to use AI in prospecting, research, outreach, and objection handling.
  • Build a structured coaching and everboarding program in partnership with Sales Managers.
  • Own enablement for major GTM initiatives such as product launches, pricing changes, market expansions, and seasonal campaigns.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in Sales Enablement with ownership of measurable programs.
  • 1–2 years of quota-carrying sales experience in SaaS.
  • Experience with SMB sales cycles under 60 days and high-velocity, consultative selling.
  • Hands-on proficiency with Salesforce and Salesloft.
  • Demonstrated fluency using AI tools in enablement work.
  • Experience contributing to or owning an onboarding program with measurable results.
  • Strong collaboration skills with Sales Leaders and the ability to push back when needed.
  • Background in restaurant tech, hospitality SaaS, or vertical SaaS is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment is strongly preferred.
  • Experience rolling out GTM initiatives at both the rep and manager level is preferred.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $105,000 to $120,000.
  • On-target earnings of $126,000 to $144,000.
  • 80% base / 20% bonus compensation structure.
