Description

  • Lead education and training for Brand Partners and Brand Reps on Material Bank platform tools, account configurations, business intelligence, and insights.
  • Provide guidance on best practices to improve ROI and strengthen relationships with designers and architects.
  • Use Material Bank’s network to create introductions and connections between Brand Reps, Material Bank Members, and Firm Leaders.
  • Maintain an active in-field presence through office visits, conferences, trade shows, presentations, and speaking opportunities.
  • Host regular in-field meetups that connect the community and promote current initiatives on the Material Bank platform.
  • Partner with Marketing to celebrate, promote, and reward Brand Reps within the ecosystem.
  • Serve as a visible ambassador for Material Bank in front of groups and senior stakeholders.
  • Represent the company across the A&D community through relationship-building and strategic engagement.
  • Share data, insights, and opportunities that help partners address business challenges.

Requirements

  • Experience working as a Brand Rep within the architecture and design ecosystem.
  • Exposure to industry associations, rep organizations, or design-focused platforms is preferred.
  • Significant experience in industry-facing sales, marketing, or business development roles.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a genuine passion for connecting people across the A&D community.
  • High energy, strong stamina, and willingness to travel frequently for events and in-person engagement.
  • Comfortable presenting, training, facilitating discussions, and representing the company publicly.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to engage senior leaders and communicate strategic value.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills in both in-person and virtual settings.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently across multiple priorities.
