Description

  • Develop and execute lifecycle marketing strategy to drive conversion from lead to customer across the full journey.
  • Create and manage personalized campaigns across email, SMS, direct mail, voice calls, and CRM touchpoints.
  • Build segmentation strategies, trigger-based journeys, and automation flows based on customer behavior, funnel stage, engagement, demographics, and value.
  • Partner with Analytics and Data Science to define lifecycle metrics, track performance, and optimize campaigns.
  • Write SQL queries and independently analyze campaign results to measure ROI and identify improvements.
  • Author creative briefs, draft messaging, and collaborate with Creative and Content teams on testing and iteration.
  • Partner with Engineering, Data, and IT to maintain accurate data flows, reliable integrations, and scalable marketing platforms.
  • Manage vendor relationships, evaluate new technologies, and maintain governance for the lifecycle marketing tech stack.
  • Oversee campaign operations, deliverability best practices, tracking, and rendering quality.
  • Run experiments on creative, targeting, and mail decisioning to support growth goals.
  • Manage complex cross-functional projects and direct mail or cross-channel budgets to maximize ROI.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in CRM and lifecycle marketing, preferably in consumer-facing and financial services environments.
  • Experience building and executing multi-channel lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, and direct mail.
  • Deep knowledge of lifecycle marketing frameworks, including triggered campaigns, segmentation, personalization, and journey orchestration.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret results, measure KPIs such as LTV, churn, and engagement, and build reports.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Experience with A/B testing frameworks and analytics dashboards.
  • SQL proficiency and comfort performing independent analysis to support data-driven recommendations.
  • Proven ability to manage creative development, testing, and production workflows end to end.
  • Strong project management, communication, and collaboration skills with experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Experience in high-consideration consumer products such as consumer lending, subscription-based, or direct-to-consumer businesses with a sales component.
  • Must reside in one of Point’s approved U.S. states of operation.
