Description

  • Assign HubSpot records and adjust workflows as territory assignments change.
  • Clean, deduplicate, and maintain HubSpot data to address errors and outdated information.
  • Format and import Excel lists using data hygiene practices and custom field mappings.
  • Create and update dashboards and reports for campaign analysis, pipeline tracking, and performance metrics.
  • Stage emails, blog posts, landing pages, and web content from provided copy and creative assets.
  • Assist with sales sequences and automation workflow creation and maintenance.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data standards and best practices are followed.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to provide administrative support and improve system usage.
  • Document processes, naming conventions, and best practices to support consistency and scalability.
  • Troubleshoot minor HubSpot issues and escalate more complex problems when needed.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation/CRM platforms.
  • Proficiency in Excel and structured data work, including VLOOKUP and basic formulas.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and organization.
  • Familiarity with marketing workflows, lifecycle stages, and lead management processes.
  • Experience creating reports and dashboards in HubSpot.
  • Ability to follow processes and naming conventions with precision.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business operations, or a related field preferred.
