Description

  • Maximize conversion from marketing qualified lead to funding while delivering an excellent homeowner experience.
  • Manage and prioritize a large pipeline of warm leads using Salesforce based on readiness, engagement, and qualification criteria.
  • Run high-volume call blocks to uncover homeowner goals and present tailored financing options.
  • Set clear expectations and guide prospects confidently toward funding decisions.
  • Participate in role-plays, call reviews, coaching, and performance improvement efforts.
  • Track performance metrics, test new tactics, and iterate based on results.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Underwriting, and Customer Success to support a smooth and compliant homeowner journey.
  • Share frontline feedback to improve sales effectiveness and process design.
  • Maintain thorough and high-quality documentation throughout the sales process.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of phone sales experience in financial services or a related field, including closing experience.
  • Experience managing a customer pipeline and driving deals to close.
  • Ability to register as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) in the NMLS shortly after hire; multi-state licensing may be required.
  • Must secure and maintain an MLO license within 60 days of start date under SAFE Act and Regulation Z requirements.
  • NMLS registration includes a criminal background check and credit check.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Comfortable using G Suite tools such as Gmail and Calendar; CRM experience like Salesforce is a plus.
  • Familiarity with U.S. real estate or mortgage processing is helpful but not required.
  • Strong computer skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills, adaptability to change, and a collaborative team approach.
  • Must be able to travel for two mandatory onsite events per year.
  • Must have a home office and be able to work without outside distraction.

Benefits

  • $60,000 base salary for all U.S. metro areas, with overtime eligibility.
  • Uncapped commission with approximately $90,000 first-year OTE for target performers.
  • $1,500 monthly commission guarantee for the first 3 months of ramp.
