Description

  • Own relationships with high-value, strategic customer accounts.
  • Help business owners identify, design, and implement process changes that integrate Podium into their operations.
  • Guide clients in setting performance goals and support their success through ongoing account management.
  • Analyze performance, troubleshoot client challenges, and design creative solutions to obstacles.
  • Manage the lifecycle of a customer portfolio that includes a pipeline of high-intensity projects.
  • Focus on growth and retention metrics across the customer portfolio.
  • Travel up to 50% annually for customer meetings and onsite support.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Enterprise Account Executive experience.
  • Ability to identify and communicate customer ROI and business value.
  • Strong ability to think at scale while balancing customer experience outcomes.
  • Demonstrated proactive efforts to drive customer value and a strong customer experience.
  • Experience achieving net retention goals and contributing to revenue and engagement metrics.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to quickly learn new products and adapt them into customer business strategy.
  • Ability to think holistically about account health and implement strategies that drive adoption, retention, and expansion.
  • Ability to lead customer onsite meetings successfully.
  • Ability to build strong partnerships with the Sales organization.
  • Ability to plan and deliver strong business reviews with favorable results.
  • Experience as a thought leader for a team or company is preferred.
