Description

  • Build relationships with AI/ML stakeholders and maintain an active presence in the AI/ML community.
  • Conduct discovery calls with prospects and present the Arize vision and value proposition.
  • Run a sophisticated prospecting strategy to identify and create new business opportunities.
  • Create sales plays, write talk tracks, and develop outreach approaches to drive pipeline.
  • Research accounts, stakeholders, and competitors to support targeting and deal strategy.
  • Manage proof of concepts, drive adoption, and grow existing customer accounts.
  • Navigate internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful deal progression and customer outcomes.
  • Understand customer use cases, scope licensing, and identify opportunities to expand workloads.
  • Use business acumen to manage complex enterprise sales cycles.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience.
  • Experience with full-cycle sales and navigating complex enterprise deals.
  • Familiarity with, or willingness to learn, sales technologies used to find and attract prospects.
  • Self-starter comfortable working in limited-process environments.
  • Fast-paced, customer-focused mindset.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with peers and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to clearly and objectively share observations from the field.
  • BANT or MEDDIC methodology preferred.
  • Previous selling experience in Software Engineering, Data Science, or Machine Learning is a plus.
