Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned managed services accounts and drive revenue growth.
  • Coordinate client implementations and ongoing engagements to keep projects on schedule.
  • Provide the data science team with clear direction and priorities for client work.
  • Oversee client campaigns and strategic initiatives to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution.
  • Advise clients on technology strategy, including CRM and emerging AI tools, to support business goals.
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities and help scope proposals for new services.
  • Deliver service reviews, usage reports, and actionable recommendations that demonstrate client value.
  • Collaborate on internal projects such as onboarding workflows, documentation, and support processes.
  • Contribute to customer success stories, industry content, and sales enablement materials.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of account management, customer success, or IT service delivery experience.
  • Commercial real estate experience is required.
  • Experience in a managed services provider (MSP) or IT consultancy is preferred.
  • A 4-year college degree is required.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, CRM platforms such as Salesforce and HubSpot, and remote support systems.
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfort with a startup environment and a flexible, self-directed, solution-oriented approach.
  • Experience working with AI startups, including data science or ML ops, is a plus.
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
