Description

  • Lead discovery sessions with client sales, marketing, and technical teams and serve as the technical relationship lead.
  • Document CRM structures, including objects, custom fields, picklists, relationships, automations, and integrations.
  • Profile CRM data for completeness, duplication, staleness, formatting issues, invalid values, and broken relationships, and quantify findings.
  • Present data quality recommendations to clients, distinguishing source-system fixes, internal remediation, and exclusions.
  • Translate client data into technically buildable and commercially meaningful campaign segments.
  • Create source-to-target warehouse mappings covering transformations, data types, normalization, null handling, identity resolution, and sync cadence.
  • Partner with data engineering and data science on ingestion builds, testing, reconciliation, and validation.
  • Execute high-volume CRM loads and extracts using native tools, data loaders, and REST/Bulk APIs, including staging, deduplication, dry runs, and rollback planning.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in RevOps, marketing operations, GTM engineering, solutions consulting, sales engineering, or CRM consulting with operational ownership.
  • Experience owning client relationships and leading client-facing engagements.
  • Ability to conduct discovery sessions with skeptical stakeholders and extract accurate business and technical information.
  • Ability to present evaluation findings and recommendations, including critiques of existing data or processes.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience with at least two major CRMs; Salesforce and HubSpot preferred.
  • Experience with CRM object models, administration, import/export tools, and REST and Bulk APIs.
  • Proven experience with high-volume loads, upserts, merges, deduplication, and production write-backs.
  • Experience with data profiling, standardization, enrichment, and identity resolution.
  • SQL proficiency, strong spreadsheet skills, clear written communication, and experience creating source-to-target mapping documentation.
  • Preferred: Python, GoHighLevel, Zoho, Dynamics, Pipedrive, Close, Databricks, dbt, Fivetran, Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Airbyte, real estate data or operations, and AI-assisted workflows.
