Description

  • Own the customer relationship from implementation kickoff through post-launch steady state.
  • Lead project plans for multiple concurrent, multi-step implementations, aligning scope, timelines, and status.
  • Coordinate with account management, support, product, engineering, and customer stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain launch schedules.
  • Identify risks, drive resolutions, and ensure each implementation meets its target date and quality standards.
  • Monitor integration issues and apply technical judgment in partnership with product and engineering.
  • Develop and improve implementation playbooks, tools, templates, workflows, and handoffs.
  • Gather customer feedback and communicate implementation pain points to internal teams.
  • Drive stakeholder accountability and resolve conflicts through influence rather than direct authority.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience leading technical product implementations in customer-facing roles.
  • 2+ years of experience with healthcare technology implementations involving provider practices.
  • Experience with standard EHR integrations is preferred.
  • Demonstrated success delivering multiple, concurrent implementations on time and at high quality.
  • Exceptional communication and customer relationship skills with providers, office managers, and clinical leads.
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, status tracking, risk management, and cross-team accountability.
  • Technical judgment to diagnose integration issues and manage project scope creep.
  • Experience driving process improvements from identification through adoption.
  • Ability to communicate clearly under pressure, manage escalations, and lead through influence.
