Description

  • Own end-to-end integration management and process workflows.
  • Lead high-profile implementations, major projects, and special assignments.
  • Prepare detailed specification analysis documentation for integration mapping.
  • Drive trading partner implementations through analysis, development, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
  • Oversee project testing, deployment, production readiness, and implementation support.
  • Serve as the integration subject matter expert for platform expansions, JSON enhancements, data transformation, and data communications.
  • Develop standardized integration practices and sustainable technical solutions with cross-functional teams.
  • Mentor and train Integration Specialist I and II employees.
  • Provide internal and external post-production escalation support.
  • Collaborate with business partners, stakeholders, product development, and peers to prioritize and troubleshoot integration capabilities.
  • Ensure project goals are delivered within established timelines and budgets.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of demonstrated EDI integration experience, preferably in logistics.
  • Experience creating and maintaining EDI business translations between internal and external systems using webMethods and proprietary applications.
  • Experience with multiple industry-standard EDI tools.
  • Cleo Integration Cloud experience or certification required.
  • Knowledge of development and tenant management in Cleo CIC Studio.
  • Understanding of advanced data transformation and integration methods.
  • Understanding of database structures, data relationships, object-oriented programming, and component-based development.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively while meeting quarterly performance goals.
  • Willingness to support continuous change and evolution in EDI data integration and automation.
