Description

  • Own and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of business innovation and sustainability projects.
  • Lead affiliate-facing pilots, supports, and implementation planning for high-priority initiatives.
  • Drive financial sustainability work through business assessments, market research, financial modeling, and process development.
  • Coordinate revenue-shared and mission-aligned partnerships with affiliates, innovators, and external vendors.
  • Conduct landscape scans and evaluate potential partners in healthcare innovation and FemTech ecosystems.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, milestone tracking, risk mitigation, and leadership alignment materials.
  • Define KPIs, measure pilot outcomes, and build tools and processes to support scaling promising models.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, one-pagers, and communications for diverse internal and external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate working groups, workshops, meetings, and feedback gathering with affiliates and internal teams.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, databases, best practices, and resources to support continuous learning and decision-making.

Requirements

  • At least 6 years of progressive professional experience in complex program management, financial analysis, sustainable business planning, market landscaping, and external partnerships.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, MPA, MPH, or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience in the U.S. healthcare ecosystem required.
  • Familiarity with healthcare innovation, start-up ecosystems, or FemTech required.
  • Proven experience in management consulting, healthcare advisory, or corporate strategy preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of project management lifecycles, risk identification, KPIs, dashboards, and ROI metrics.
  • High proficiency with Google products; experience with Asana or other project management tools preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects in a highly matrixed environment and deliver to scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to build effective partnerships across difference.
  • Knowledge of and sensitivity to different racial/ethnic, socioeconomic, gender identity, cultural, and disability backgrounds.
  • Deep commitment to Planned Parenthood’s mission of promoting sexual and reproductive health.
  • 10-20% domestic travel required.
