Description

  • Participate in the design and development of AI solutions for complex client projects.
  • Build production-level ML and AI solutions using solid software engineering and machine learning practices.
  • Automate deployment and monitoring of models and infrastructure through MLOps processes.
  • Perform data analysis tasks such as data cleaning and variable transformation.
  • Develop, train, and tune ML and AI models.
  • Put AI models into production by parallelizing, optimizing, testing, and deploying them in production environments.
  • Collaborate within multidisciplinary agile teams and take ownership of projects.

Requirements

  • More than 5 years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Computer Science.
  • Experience building end-to-end software products that include AI or machine learning components.
  • Experience working with Azure or another cloud-based solution.
  • Strong Python skills and reasonable SQL knowledge.
  • Experience treating testing as an essential part of development, including unit and integration testing.
  • Knowledge of NLP and Computer Vision.
  • Hands-on experience across the end-to-end ML lifecycle, including scalable ML pipeline design and production deployment.
  • Experience using GitHub Copilot or similar AI coding tools in real development workflows.
  • Fluent Spanish is mandatory.
  • Fluent English is a plus for the international environment.
  • Experience with Big Data tools and cloud platforms, especially Azure, is preferred.
  • RESTful API development and DevOps practices such as Docker and CI/CD are nice to have.
  • Familiarity with recommendation systems, unsupervised learning, and ranking models is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Cognitive Services, Agentic AI, TensorFlow Lite, TensorFlow Serving, gRPC, and unit testing is preferred.
  • Strong object-oriented programming skills are a plus.
  • Constant drive to learn quickly and strong team-player mindset.
