Description

  • Own and drive company-wide revenue performance for Plaid’s Fraud solutions, including revenue growth, pipeline generation, and deal execution.
  • Maintain an accurate revenue forecast for Fraud solutions.
  • Build, hire, and lead a high-performing team aligned to revenue goals and scalable sales execution.
  • Act as an executive seller and market expert in strategic customer meetings, industry events, and complex enterprise deals.
  • Coach and develop sellers through live deals, challenger-style selling, and performance feedback.
  • Identify net-new and expansion opportunities by staying close to product-market fit across segments, verticals, and geographies.
  • Advise segment sales and product leadership on go-to-market strategy for Fraud solutions.
  • Identify structural, systems, and process gaps that limit revenue scale and partner with leadership to improve them.
  • Contribute to quarterly and annual planning by setting revenue targets, strategy, resources, and execution plans.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of relevant market experience.
  • 3+ years of experience managing a revenue-driving team.
  • Deep experience and market knowledge in Fraud, Risk, Identity Verification, KYC/AML, and Identity.
  • Strong territory and account management experience, including planning, opportunity qualification, stakeholder communication, needs analysis, value engineering, pipeline management, and deal negotiation.
  • Experience closing large-dollar licensing deals and working with services/partner engagements.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to build relationships up to the C-suite.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work across multiple internal stakeholders.
  • Excitement to work in a high-growth environment and help build processes to scale product growth across the revenue team.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $116,736 to $220,050 per year, depending on location.
