Description

  • Develop and maintain annuity production through a detailed business plan that includes training, motivation, and relationship-building with financial institutions.
  • Support and advocate for corporate objectives while acting as a steward of company resources and a leader within the Annuity Distribution group.
  • Execute senior wholesaling responsibilities across assigned geographic territories to cultivate business and achieve activity and sales goals with top producers.
  • Coordinate and execute a regional business plan with Internal Wholesalers as the key driver of a three-person sales team.
  • Support an assigned geographic territory by aligning activity requirements with the territory management strategy.
  • Execute on specific activity expectations to maximize opportunities for advisor relationship growth and sales.
  • Work across independent and bank channels within the Wisconsin territory.
  • Develop and maintain successful working relationships with specified financial institutions.

Requirements

  • BS/BA degree required.
  • 5+ years of experience in annuity wholesale distribution required.
  • Previous external sales management experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of driving sales results within an assigned territory.
  • Experience across all channels of annuity distribution is optimal.
  • State Life and Health License required.
  • FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 required.
