Description

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through discovery calls, proposal development, negotiation, and deal close.
  • Build and nurture relationships with target brands, affiliate networks, and industry partners.
  • Drive pipeline growth and maintain funnel quality to improve conversion rates.
  • Execute targeted outreach to a defined list of priority brands and generate new leads.
  • Represent the business externally at events and during client meetings and travel as needed.
  • Work with marketing channels and outbound efforts to support prospecting and relationship building.
  • Act as a trusted commercial advisor to prospects and identify partnership opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to secure and land new partnerships.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing the full sales cycle, including discovery, negotiation, and closing new business.
  • Track record of bringing new brands or partners on board, ideally in a fast-moving commercial or partnership-driven environment.
  • Understanding of the affiliate ecosystem, including affiliate networks, publishers, and partner models.
  • Strong commercial drive with a business-first mindset focused on long-term value creation.
  • Consistently hits and exceeds targets in a high-growth environment.
  • Resilience, pace, and discipline needed to perform in a demanding commercial role.
  • Experience with multi-faceted deals and sustainable revenue growth is preferred.
