Description

  • Own and grow a book of business while consistently meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly programmatic revenue goals.
  • Prospect new business and build pipeline with media buying agencies, agency trading desks, DSPs, direct programmatic buyers, and brand clients.
  • Manage full-cycle sales from outreach and presentations through proposals, negotiation, and closing.
  • Advise clients on tailored programmatic marketing recommendations aligned to their goals and Life360’s ad platform capabilities.
  • Structure and close programmatic deals including PMP, programmatic guaranteed, and curated supply packages.
  • Develop account plans to expand existing relationships and win net-new buyers.
  • Respond to RFPs and partner with internal stakeholders on proposals and media plans.
  • Track programmatic trends, identity, measurement, and DSP buying workflows to guide buyers toward the right solutions.
  • Manage post-sale relationships to drive renewals, upsells, and long-term account growth.
  • Represent Life360 at industry events and share market feedback, training, and best practices with the broader sales team.

Requirements

  • 5-8+ years of experience in programmatic advertising sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
  • Proven ability to sell programmatic deal types to both brands and agencies.
  • Strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs, data-driven buying, Open Exchange, PMP, and Programmatic Guaranteed.
  • Existing relationships with agency trading desks and DSP buyer teams.
  • Experience prospecting, pipeline building, and closing programmatic deals.
  • Familiarity with brand storytelling, audience targeting, optimization strategies, and digital advertising technologies.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Comfort working independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and Salesforce.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
