Description

  • Manage end-to-end account management with a focus on renewals, upselling, and strategic account planning.
  • Own existing client accounts while identifying and developing new business opportunities within the portfolio.
  • Work alongside Customer Success to maintain high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct regular client check-ins and strategy sessions to understand needs, objectives, and account health.
  • Analyze account data to identify trends and opportunities that improve performance and relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that support client goals.
  • Participate in contract and agreement negotiations to help drive profitability.
  • Maintain accurate Salesforce or CRM records and support reliable forecasting.
  • Apply a proactive approach to optimizing portfolio performance and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in a revenue-generating Account Management role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Experience working with diverse clients, ideally in the retail or tech industries.
  • Strong Salesforce or sales CRM hygiene and the ability to accurately forecast.
  • Strong analytical abilities and comfort using data to inform decisions.
  • Proactive, self-driven approach to managing a portfolio.
  • Experience in renewals, upselling, and strategic account growth.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
