Description

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client decision-makers through regular business reviews and strategic check-ins.
  • Lead cross-functional account teams in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels.
  • Guide clients as both a marketing consultant and business advisor to connect marketing tactics to business outcomes.
  • Use data, analytics, and overlapping datasets to identify opportunities, inform reporting, and improve marketing decisions.
  • Develop cross-channel media plans, testing roadmaps, and tactical pivots to optimize performance.
  • Coach, develop, and provide feedback to Account Managers and resource leads to strengthen business acumen and client leadership.
  • Support client renewal strategy, including preparing presentations and proposals at least 90 days before contract expiration.
  • Identify and pursue service expansion opportunities to improve performance and deepen client partnerships.
  • Lead department initiatives such as recruitment, staffing, training, onboarding, and product quality.
  • Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related discipline.
  • 10+ years of cross-channel digital marketing experience, including strategic planning, consumer insights, digital integration, and client services.
  • Experience in a digital or media agency is preferred.
  • Proven track record of delivering high customer satisfaction scores through NPS or similar retention metrics.
  • Strong understanding of paid media, particularly Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Working knowledge of SEO, analytics, and creative workflows and deliverables.
  • Experience speaking to business-level metrics such as LTV:CAC and ROAS.
  • Ability to establish client goals and validate forecast scenarios that show a path to goal.
  • Campaign leadership experience across end-to-end multi-channel development, including strategy, segmentation, and targeting.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with executive-level contacts.
  • Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English is required.
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate strong self-starter, problem-solving, and growth-oriented traits.
