Description

  • Develop strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders to retain and grow the client base.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for inbound client questions, outbound engagement, relationship updates, and renewal discussions.
  • Maximize retention across the book of business and identify revenue at risk to help prevent churn.
  • Drive product adoption across additional business units within existing accounts to uncover new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to identify and pursue growth opportunities within accounts.
  • Forecast retention rates and support revenue planning against monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
  • Understand client organizations, roles, projects, and performance metrics to improve communication, identify white space, and tailor messaging.
  • Conduct business reviews with key stakeholders and coordinate onboarding and training for new users.
  • Maintain proactive outreach with relevant product and business information for users.
  • Gather client feedback and value stories and share them internally with product, marketing, and sales teams.

Requirements

  • Experience building and growing relationships with Fortune 1000 clients and/or financial services companies.
  • Strong communication skills, including oral, written, and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to explain complex issues clearly and simply to audiences ranging from analysts to C-level executives.
  • Strong business acumen and effective internal and external relationship management skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly, adapt, and work with curiosity and energy in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience or familiarity with SaaS client engagement best practices.
  • Preferred exposure to AI and/or research-based products.
  • Demonstrated grit, initiative, enthusiasm, and commitment to delivering results.
