Description

  • Lead global ads billing operations, including month-end billing runs and invoice generation.
  • Coordinate with Order Management and Sales to ensure accurate, timely invoicing aligned with close calendars and SLAs.
  • Own month-end billing review, SOX controls, approval of higher-risk billing adjustments, and sign-off on key invoicing controls.
  • Manage complex billing adjustments and reconciliations, including makegoods and other billing corrections.
  • Serve as the primary billing contact for Collections and Sales on escalations, invoice issues, and advertiser or agency questions.
  • Manage, coach, and develop the Billing team by setting priorities, balancing workloads, and providing feedback and career guidance.
  • Drive process and systems improvements with Engineering, Product, Finance transformation, and CAO Transformation teams.
  • Use AI, dashboards, automation, and data quality improvements to reduce manual work and strengthen OTC billing controls.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, billing, or revenue accounting, with hands-on experience in a large or fast-growing company.
  • 2+ years of management experience leading analysts or specialists in finance, billing, or accounts receivable.
  • Strong working knowledge of order-to-cash processes, including invoicing, billing adjustments, AR, and revenue recognition interactions.
  • Experience operating in a SOX-compliant environment and working with external auditors.
  • Comfort working with large data sets and systems such as Oracle R12 or another tier-one ERP.
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce and BI tools such as Tableau or similar.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience partnering with cross-functional teams including Sales, OM, Engineering, Product, and Data.
  • Experience using AI in process improvement or collaboration is preferred.
  • Ability to work in the office for in-person collaboration 3-4 times per quarter.
  • This position is not eligible for relocation assistance.

  • Base salary range of $98,561 to $202,918 USD for US-based applicants.
