Description

  • Own the sales organization and lead plans to grow headcount in the near term.
  • Design and implement a repeatable, metric-driven full-cycle sales process.
  • Develop and manage pipeline strategies to drive new logo acquisition and expand existing customer revenue.
  • Set and hold quota accountability at both the team and individual level.
  • Lead key partner relationships to increase co-selling activity and inbound lead flow.
  • Align with marketing on lead scoring, handoff criteria, and opportunity creation.
  • Report directly to the CEO on forecast, pipeline health, and team performance.
  • Own select deals personally while also managing and coaching the sales team.

Requirements

  • ERP sales experience is required.
  • Demonstrated success building a sales organization and scaling new business growth.
  • Strong understanding of pipeline metrics, forecasting methodology, and CRM discipline.
  • Comfort operating as a player-coach with personal deal responsibility and team leadership.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled sales tools and how they apply in a high-velocity sales environment.
  • Willingness to travel approximately once per month for industry conferences and partner events.
