Description

  • Deliver against the regional revenue quota and build sustainable revenue streams.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies using direct sales, channel partnerships, and renewals.
  • Create a regional growth strategy focused on market penetration, customer acquisition, and scalability.
  • Represent Canary Technologies at conferences, events, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness.
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align regional plans and execution.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team to support regional growth.
  • Prospect and engage target accounts through email, phone, social media, direct mail, and in-person meetings.
  • Develop and refine a scalable outbound sales process for the region.
  • Use Salesforce and other tools for lead management, forecasting, and performance reporting.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in a closing sales role with a proven record of hitting or exceeding targets.
  • End-to-end sales management experience.
  • Prior experience selling hospitality software or B2B SaaS solutions.
  • Experience launching new markets or building business operations from the ground up.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and guide teams effectively.
  • Highly motivated and comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Deep understanding of the local business culture.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
