Description

  • Inspire, coach, and lead the APAC sales team to meet ambitious revenue targets.
  • Design and execute regional sales strategies to expand market presence and accelerate growth.
  • Own the customer relationship lifecycle and grow both new business and existing accounts.
  • Partner with marketing, product, and customer success to improve the customer experience and create new value.
  • Build sales plans aligned to company goals and translate strategy into actionable execution.
  • Deliver presentations and proposals that influence decision-makers and win opportunities.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop top sales talent, including future leaders through succession planning.
  • Maintain strong sales operations through best-practice processes, systems, and tools.
  • Manage budgets, resources, KPIs, and market analysis to refine strategy and improve results.
  • Advise senior leadership with recommendations based on market knowledge, competitive intelligence, and team performance.

Requirements

  • 8–10+ years of experience in B2B media sales, with a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Experience leading a high-performing sales team and driving accountability, clarity, and results.
  • Strong understanding of the APAC B2B media and demand generation landscape.
  • Proven ability to build client partnerships, uncover business needs, and close large-scale opportunities.
  • Strong commercial thinking, negotiation, and stakeholder-influencing skills.
  • Highly data-driven approach using KPIs, performance insights, and market intelligence.
  • Experience balancing leadership responsibilities with personal sales ownership.
  • Comfort with modern sales technology and ability to quickly adapt to new tools.
  • Willingness to travel for customer engagements and team commitments.
  • Must be currently authorized to work in Singapore; employer sponsorship is not provided.

  • Annual base salary of SGD 120,000–150,000.
  • Total annual compensation including commission up to SGD 210,000–270,000.
