Description

  • Monitor marketing and revenue dashboards in HubSpot and related tools, identifying trends and converting data into actionable recommendations.
  • Support tracking of partnership and co-sell pipelines, including leads, revenue, and key performance metrics.
  • Support go-to-market workshops, including Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) development, through quantitative and qualitative market research.
  • Track and report on growth scorecard trends across the portfolio.
  • Partner with marketing teams to execute, monitor, and optimize campaigns.
  • Surface opportunities to improve campaign and growth performance.
  • Help assess, test, and roll out Pine’s preferred tech stack across portfolio companies.
  • Communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders and company leaders.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret raw data and translate it into clear recommendations.
  • Experience analyzing marketing funnel performance, attribution, and engagement trends across multiple channels.
  • Comfort building dashboards, running reports, and validating data accuracy in tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Looker Studio.
  • Ability to run quantitative and qualitative research to inform go-to-market strategy and market segmentation.
  • Hands-on experience executing, monitoring, and optimizing digital campaigns, including email, landing pages, workflows, and ABM.
  • Working knowledge of CRM platforms, list building, campaign setup, reporting, and workflow troubleshooting.
  • Solid grasp of campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPL, pipeline influence, and MQL criteria.
  • Familiarity with ABM platforms such as Apollo.io, 6sense, and ZoomInfo, and the ability to interpret account-level intent data.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize deadlines, and track progress across several initiatives.
  • Nice to have: experience in B2B software, ERP, or private equity-backed environments, and direct CRM experience preferably with HubSpot.
