Description

  • Conduct data analyses to support business growth and digital product performance.
  • Generate actionable insights through data visualization and interpretation.
  • Support data-driven decision-making across cross-functional teams.
  • Analyze data types, relationships, patterns, and trends to improve business understanding.
  • Work with stakeholders to define clear, specific, and achievable data requirements.
  • Define how analytical outputs should be presented and consumed by users.
  • Validate analytical products with users and ensure they meet business needs and expectations.
  • Monitor product performance using KPIs and metrics and drive continuous improvement.
  • Understand the technical data architecture, including storage, integrations, and analytics platforms.
  • Support the integration of AI tools and methodologies into analytical workflows.
  • Partner with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Product Teams, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Mentor and support junior analysts.

Requirements

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent reading, writing, and speaking ability in both languages.

  • Experience working with international clients.
  • Strong analytical mindset and product-oriented thinking.
  • Experience with value-based prioritization and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience in data analysis, data interpretation, data visualization, and insight generation.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working with stakeholders to define business and analytical requirements.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
  • Nice to have: experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Nice to have: familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, or Asana.
  • Nice to have: experience with AI/ML methodologies.
  • Nice to have: exposure to D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) initiatives.
  • Nice to have: knowledge of Adobe tools and analytics solutions.
