Description

  • Lead Pigment’s cloud alliance strategy, owning partner relationships, revenue motions, and end-to-end co-sell execution.
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to grow pipeline, revenue, and delivery outcomes through the partner ecosystem.
  • Recruit, manage, and expand strategic consulting partners to increase market coverage.
  • Own GCP Marketplace operations end to end, including ACE hygiene, program enrollment, and marketplace integration platform management.
  • Drive sourced and influenced revenue through joint account planning, opportunity registration, and partner-led sales motions with cloud field teams.
  • Partner with Sales, Solutions Consultants, Marketing, and Partner teams to enable field teams and run co-branded campaigns.
  • Monitor partner health and performance, including certifications, adoption, and engagement, and lead stakeholder reviews and territory planning.
  • Identify and operationalize cloud programs, credits, and funding opportunities to maximize partnership impact.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and technical stakeholders on co-innovation and cloud provider integration roadmap priorities.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in cloud alliances, partner sales, or business development.
  • Direct, hands-on experience managing GCP and/or AWS partnerships.
  • Proven track record of scaling partnerships between cloud providers and a software or SaaS company.
  • Experience building and scaling co-sell motions with hyperscale cloud providers and working directly with cloud partner sellers on joint deals.
  • Experience with cloud marketplace transactions and programs such as GCP/AWS Marketplace, MPPO, and CPPO.
  • Experience with marketplace GTM platforms and referral automations.
  • Strong operational discipline with the ability to manage pipeline, track partner activity, and communicate results clearly to stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, including comfort owning external relationships with senior partner counterparts at large cloud organizations.
  • Existing relationships at GCP or AWS, such as with ISV teams, field sellers, or marketplace teams, are preferred.
  • Prior experience in the EPM/FP&A space is a plus.
  • Experience operating in a startup or high-growth environment where structure is limited is preferred.
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing product and respond strategically to partner needs.
